The hammered & marked copper tag on this bracelet is stamped with a line from the book - Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban by J. K. Rowling ... " mischief managed"
Inspired by the Harry Potter book series ... this is must have piece of jewelry for any Potterhead!
Referencing the hiding of the contents of the magical document ... the Marauder's Map which is ... "... normally disguised as a blank piece of parchment. To view the map, one must tap it with one's wand and recite, "I solemnly swear that I am up to no good." The content of the map will reveal itself. To hide the contents of the map so the parchment appears blank again, one must again tap it and recite, "Mischief managed." " ~ J.K. Rowling
The black leather portion of this bracelet measures approximately 5-3/4" without the clasp (approximately 8-1/2" with the clasp & chain extension), and will wrap nicely around an approx 6" - 7-3/4" wrist. It is adjustable thanks to the extra chain - simply clip the clasp on as tightly as desired.
Other sizes can be custom made.
An urban piece that can be worn everyday - and looks fantastic on it's own, or with other bracelets to create a layered look!! Looks even better with age .... perfectly imperfect.
Please note that each piece of copper is unique and may have different colorings/ markings than exactly as shown - also, due to the nature of handmade ... the handstamped lettering may differ slightly from photos.
