We happily ship worldwide ~ either via Canada Post or through the US Postal Service (USPS). For more shipping information, please see below.
Which currency are items priced in?
Prices on this website are listed in US Dollars (USD). A currency exchange calculator is located at the top of the home page to see adjusted prices in various other local currencies.
What is your payment policy?
Peacock & Lime gladly accepts payments via most major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal.
What are your delivery options?
All shipments to the US are shipped via courier/USPS - unless otherwise requested. This service includes a tracking number for USPS. Insurance may be purchased at an additional cost.
All domestic and overseas shipments are sent via Canada Post Regular Standard Airmail - unless otherwise requested. This service does not come with insurance or a tracking number. Both may be purchased at an additional cost.
Tracked packet and Xpresspost options are available - please select during checkout or contact for more information and for pricing. Costs will vary according to region.
Within Canada, prices start at approximately $13.00
Do you provide International delivery?
Absolutely! Contact us for shipping rates to countries not already listed.
Please note CUSTOMS FEES/DUTIES
International shipments (to countries OUTSIDE of Canada) may be subject to customs fees/import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer as they are levied by the destination country's government, not by Peacock & Lime.
When can I expect my order?
Items usually ship out within two business days after payment is received, via Canada Post Regular Standard airmail or courier/USPS unless requested otherwise.
For delivery times, please allow for up to...
2 weeks for delivery when shipping within Canada.
1- 3 weeks for delivery when shipping to the United States.
3+ weeks for delivery when shipping International.
Delivery times are generally much quicker than stated above, as all packages are shipped via air mail, but they can be delayed at customs - which, unfortunately, is beyond our control.
How do I track my order?
If a tracked shipping option has been purchased, an email notification with the tracking number and information will be sent with your order confirmation.
Insurance is extra, but recommended, as Peacock & Lime can not be held responsible for lost or damaged items once they have been shipped.
How do I redeem a GIFT CERTIFICATE?
