Canada Postal Strike: How it may potentially impact shipping times

As of Nov 15, 2024 - TheΒ CanadianΒ Union ofΒ PostalΒ Workers (CUPW) have given aΒ National strike notice and suspended all postal services within Canada.

What does thisΒ mean?

To ourΒ AmericanΒ customers – this won’t be affecting shipments going to the US at all,Β asΒ we have arrangements to ship via courier & then USPS and will be shipping out as per usual.

To ourΒ CanadianΒ customers – local pick ups are still available, but sadly, we’ll be unable to ship within Canada at this time unless alternate courier arrangements such as FedEx, Purolator, UPS, etcΒ areΒ made (please note that extra shipping charges will apply). If alternate arrangements are not chosen, orders will continue to be processed, packaged and held, then shipped immediately once the postal situation has been resolved.

To ourΒ EuropeanΒ andΒ AustralianΒ customers – we’re working on a viable alternative and hope to have one soon! It may include shipping via courier to the US & then via USPS to the destination. In the meantime, all orders will continue to be processed, packaged and held – to be shipped immediately once an alternative is solidified or the Canadian postal service resumes, whichever comes first!

Thanks so much for your patience, and fingers crossed that it won't last long 🀞

Should you have any questions, suggestions or inquiries, please do get in touch! Here’s hopingΒ for a quick resolution.
